Brendan Williams is attributed for the development and implementation of the Affordable Care Act implementation at the state level.

In 1997, Brendan Williams got J.D., University of Washington School of Law and he earned M.A., Criminal Justice, Washington State University Alpha Phi Sigma National Criminal Justice Honor Society (3.8 GPA). He also earned B.A. from The Evergreen State College in 1992.

Brendan Williams is currently working at New Hampshire Health Care Association as the President/CEO.

Brendan Williams served Washington Health Care Association as State Representative (22nd LD) for almost 5 years. He was regarded as the top-legislator by eight statewide organizations while functioning in different capacities that involved Majority External Relations Leader. Brendan Williams passed 27 bills into law while working as State Representative (22nd LD).

Brendan Williams managed and oversaw outside counsel/lobbying spend in the tens of thousands of dollars monthly. Furthermore, he traveled over 100,000 miles on behalf of the industry which is a great accomplishment.

Brendan Williams managed and oversaw a staff of 11, supervised rule making, policy examination and development, studies, and legislative work on consumer protection and health care as Deputy Commissioner for Policy & Legislative Affairs.
